"Cannot turn off the reminder."

I'm running Outlook 2000 SR-1 Professional on a Windows
XP system and have been moving some PST files into
seperate folders. Now I have the error message, "Cannot
turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. The
message you specified cannot be found." everytime I open
Outlook. It is from a calendar appointment. Nothing I try
seems to be able to fix this.

The primary PST file is 644,976 KB and if I try to
delete, replace, or move the file I am prevented from
doing so. Will I have to reinstall Outlook to correct
this?
