Cannot Update Office XP 2002

I tried updating via the web site and administrative update but to no avail.
Office XP came with Dell PC in 2001.

Any help would be appreciated!

"Error 1328". An adminastrative update is the full file, such as "Oxpsp1",
which is the Office XP SP1.

The administrative update file is around 39mb, you need to be using that one
not the 17mb sp1 file?

I tried it and I get an "Incorrect Command Line Parameter Error"

Sounds like you are using a command designed for the ADMINISTRATIVE
version of the service pack (which is what you need) but are feeding it
onto the CLIENT version of the service pack. You need the "A"
(Administrative) version to update an administrative install point.
