cannot upload buttons in Frontpage to website, everything else is

I cannot upload or even previous my buttons in my website. What is stopping
them from beling uploaded?

What does "previous my buttons" mean?
Assuming "preview", how are you previewing? In browser or Preview mode?
How were the buttons created?
Are the buttons in your web?
Any error messages when uploading?
