Cannot Use Access 2003

I just installed Access 2003 and cannot use the program. I get an error
message that says wincoop.drv Does anyone know what might be the problem?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could you give us the complete text of that error message. There are also no hits
on google or live.com for " wincoop.drv".
