cannot use autocorrection function

I've just started using Outlook 2003, before when i was
using outlook 2002, I could use MS Office's autocorrect
function with the fields in appointment. but now it is
disabled, but I can see there is autocorrection funciton
in the 'TOOL" menu. so can anyone tell me how to activate
the function?
