cannot use link within Outlook 2007 email help please

Until very recently I could click on a link within an email message and be
taken onwards. Now I just get a message saying that the Administrator does
not allow this (I am the administrator) and I have done nothing to cause this
behaviour. The only thing that I have recently installed on the computer is
Windows LiveOneCare but I looked through that to see if that is blocking the
links but cannot see any reason that this would be the case..
