Cannot use links in received emails

Whenever I click on any link in a email that I have received a message comes
up saying
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system adminisrator." I am the administrator
for this computer and cannot find a way to correct this. Please help me with
this, Thank You

The "restrictions" message usually comes from problems with your default
