Cannot Use out of office in outlook 2003

When I try to use out of office in outlook 2003 it says: command is not
available; see program documentation about this extension.

Note:I have reinstalled the out of office extension ( outex2.ecf), no luck.

Do you connect to Exchange Server? If not, you can't use Out of Office.
