When i use the keys Ctrl+Alt+@ nothing happens in Word or in Outlook.

Yes.. I ment Ctrl + Alt + Shift + 2 and it doesn´t work.

What Joann is asking is when you press Ctrl + Alt + 2 what do you
expect to happen? Do you expect a dialog to open? Do you expect to
apply a Heading style? Something else??
