cannot view business contacts

When I click on a contact in BCM, I get the following message, "BCM was
unable to initialize this form." I had a message on my computer this morning
that stated that there was an error of some type, and I clicked "ok." I
obviously turned something off.

Please help.

Hi Tim

Check if Business Tools is avaliable else go to help > about Microsoft
Outlook > Disabled items and enable the same

This problem can be caused if you have QuickBooks installed on your computer.

If that is the case, do a key word search of this discussion group to find
the lengthy solution.
