Hi all,
We got two project site which are being hosted on project server.
The problem is that we are not able to view/add documents for a
particular project.
Here is the complete scenario
1.We select the "Documents" tab on project web access.
2.Then we select project from displayed list.
3.After selecting that all the document libraries are listed.
4.From that we select "Shared Documents".

Now here problem starts.
We could not see any thing on this page except "tabs".
Only main tabs are seen and rest of the page remains blank.
So nither can we view the documents nor we can add the documents to
this library.

This case is only with the document library.
Else we can view the risk/issues of this project.
Also we can view the risk/issues/documents of other projects.

Can anyone help me on this?
Is this problem specific to document library of that particular project
or has it to do something with security?

Hi

Can I confirm you are logging in as the project's Project Manager or
Administrator when you have been going through the scenario as described
below.

If you have recently become the project manager you may need to synchronise
security

Go to admin > manage windows sharepoint services

Go to manage sharepoint sites listed in the task pane on the left

Highlight the project that has the issues - click the synchronise button in
the action bar

Try accessing documents again

Alternatively, see if this occurs when you are in the Sharepoint site itself

in the Project Web Access client go to the Projects pages

Highlight the project which has the document issues

Select Go to Select Project Workspace in the task pane on the left

Now go to the document library - do you get the same results

Let me know
