Cannot View Private Appointments

I am set up as a delegate for my supervisor. At one time I was able to view
her private appointments, but now I am not able to. I was recently upgraded
to Outlook 2007 and my supervisor is still on Outlook 2003. I only recently
noticed this, so I don't know if it related to the upgrade. I also
double-checked my permissions as a delegate and the box is checked "Delegate
can see my private items".
