Cannot view sender in attachment emails

When one of our users gets an email with an attachment in it the sender does
not diplay in her inbox. She only gets a blank line with a paper clip in it.

The most frequent cause of this is scanning incoming messages with an
antivirus scanner. If that's happening for her, have her disable the mail
scanning feature and see if that makes a difference on future messages.
