Can't accept meeting requests. Nothing happens when selecting

Hi,
I have a user that can't accept meeting requests. Nothing happens when she
selects accept, decline, etc...

she's running outlook 2003 on a XP machine. I had her do a detect and
repair, but that did not fix her issue.

what else can I try?
