While using 'Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels' options in Word
2003, I can't access my address book...The 'Choose Profile' box comes up, I
click OK, and this message comes up:
The MAPI Spooler could not be started. Close then restart all mail-enabled
applications. MAPI 1.0 [000004C7]
I click OK, and this comes up:
Logon failed. You must log on to Microsoft Exchange to access your address
book. Error code: "Unspecified error"
It worked the last time I used it...
