can't access chart after upgrade

I created an html webpage that includes a chart that is based on database
data using an OWC component. Since I've upgraded from FrontPage 2002 to
FrontPage 2003 I cannot access the component on this page. It just comes up
with a red X in the corner. Also, the page cannot be viewed with IE7, but it
works fine on IE6. How can I correct my problem?

The object model for the Office Web Components changed from version to
version so each time you upgrade Office you needed to use the latest version
of the OWCs. I stopped using them after 2002 because of this. We had them
on our company intranet but we had to upgrade all PCs before they would work
again.
