Can't access e-mail account through Outlook

Two different Dell workstations at this location, both using Outlook 2003,
have stopped being able to access e-mail. The error message says the e-mail
password was not recognized by the e-mail server, but other workstations
accessing the same server are not experiencing this problem. No new software
added recently; Norton Anti-virus, Spy-bot and Ad-aware have been run with no
improvement in the problem.
