Hi there,
I NEED help bad, When i am on Messanger, when i try to go
Hotmail...when the address of the site is
http://loginnet.passport.com/<a_long_address> ..the screen
freezes, I see a blank screen, at bttom right a icon of
globe with text of "Internet"..next to the left of it an
icon of "Lock"...if i wait 10 minutes or more nothing
happens.
exactly the same happens if i try to go to chat rooms.
IF I USE A COMPUTER IN ANOTHER LOCATION. <Internet Cafe>
then I can acces my Hotmail, the Icon of Lock disappears
in a second.
I'll appreciate any kind of assistance.

P.S. so far I have received over a dozen of suggestions
from MS staff...none has worked.
