Can't access links in my Outlook Express e-mail

I am unable to access links contained in my outlook express e-mails. I don't
have a problem with links elsewhere. Comments?

It seems that you stranded on a distant shore.
This group is for *OneNote* and has nothing to do with Outlook Express.
For the latter the proper pace would be:
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.
