The Entourage 2004 password on my MacBook Pro was set up by a
consultant and I've forgotten it. I have the main password to load
software, but I just shifted to a new host company, changed outgoing
and incoming mail settings, but am not getting my emails because I
don't have the old Entourage password. How do I access and reset them?
I've tried the Keychain Access, and it hasn't worked. I'm a writer,
not a techie - please give details for this tech newbie. Thanks!!!
