can't access outlook 2002

I keep getting an error message when I click on Outlook
2002, "The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be
located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL. I removed
outlook and reloaded with the original disk and I still
get this message. Any help w/this?

You need to install the latest MDAC from Microsoft. <
