I am facing a problem of not accesing the Pwa site from my client browser machine. But the Application Site is working ok on the Web Server machine where it is hosted.
I have changed the Sharepoint port 80 to port 8888.This was primarily done since my other site was aslo using port 80. Now my both the sites are working ok on web server machine.
For example the web server computer name is win2008
then
http://win2008:8888/pwa works ok on the web server machine but when trying through my client browser i get "page not found".
Note : Web Server Os : Windows Server 2008
Client Browser Machine : Windows Vista
Any help would be appreciated.

done, as Microsoft has coded functionality onto those pages and makin
changes to it could cause Project Server to stop functioning like it should

I trie to change some master page in
http://server/pwa site, i can acces
the site at
http://server but not
http://server/pwa. it says the web sit
disallow the editting from SharePoint Designer, how can I change this?
tried to change this from Designer's controbutor settings, not working, and
think we created the pwa from SSP so should I start from there? thanks i

SharePoint Designer. It will probably never be supported in sharePoin
designer. If you want to do amendments you will need to do so using visua
studio / general custom development
