Can't access View Timesheet Summary

Hello,

I want to be able to use the View Timesheet Summary option from the updates
page in Project Web Access (2003).

I can see it mentioned in the Application Configuration Guide and I have the
RBS set up for all my resources - but I still don't see it listed.

Is there anything specific that I need to do in order to be abel to view
this option on the updates page ?
