Can't Access Web due to Sharepoint Service Message

Greetings,

All of a sudden I am no longer able to open my website using FrontPage as
the following message appears:

The Web Server at <my web> does not appear to have Windows Share Point
Services installed.


Prior to receiving this message the FP server extensions had to be
reloaded.

Do I need to contact my provider? Did I change something in FP that caused
this to happen?

Any and all help is appreciated.
