Hi reza,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

I do not know what is wrong. But let us start with the basics. What
version of Project are you using? Have you applied any of the Service Packs
(SP)? If you are using Project 2007, look at Help/About Microsoft project
and it will show you the version and SP state (SP1 should be installed).
What com add-ins are you trying to use?.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Those COM add ins get finicky sometimes. If you have your own add-in, you
need to use VTSO. If you are trying to use the "normal" Project Add-Ins,
then check out my blog (link below).

On my blog, select the MS Project link on the left side. Scroll to the very
bottom of the page and there will be a link there to a PDF that gives you all
the instructions you need to kick start the COM Add-ins.

I suspect something is wrong with the Windows setup. Can you try do a
system restore? The issue though with this will be at what point did
the system capture a good restore?

I searched Google for PERTANI.DLL and did not get hits. To me this
suggests that it's not a file known to Windows or perhaps even Microsft;
and hence I wonder where it comes from?
