cant add news.micosoft.com newsgroup to outlook ?

hi all

i am not able to add the news.microsoft.com newsgroup to outlook and i got the following error

Configuration:
Account: news.microsoft.com
Server: news.microsoft.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0e

can any one tell me what is the problem , i were using this newsgroups for a long time using outlook

Try msnews.microsoft.com instead
