Can't add PST file - only Business Contact Manager listed

Hello,

I am trying to add a PST file in Outlook 2003; however, when I
get to the "Add Data File" dialog, all that is listed is Business
Contact Manager! If I try to add that, Outlook crashes. What is
causing this and how can it be fixed?

Version of Outlook? Are you on a corporate system where an admin might be
using group policies to prevent the creation of PSTs?
