Can't address email from my address list.

When I try to address my email, I am getting a message "The address book
could not be displayed and the contacts folder associated with the address
list could not be opened..." Have no idea what I did! Business Contacts are
also completely MIA. I did export my address book yesterday and have had a
big mess since then. Imported it back and still no go. I am the only user.
Suggestions?

Suggest you explain more accurately what you did.
There is no address book you can export from Outlook.
