Can't approve time! getting "need Project Pro"

I have MS-Project Pro fully licensed and installed. But while trying to approve timesheet submitted by staff after clicking 'accept' against each entry, when I hit Update, I get a strange error "You need Microsoft Project Pro.....bla bla". It says "if you do have Project Pro" to go to Tools=>Ent Options=>Proj.Server.Accounts; I did all that and could connect just fine to the server. Yet, I get the same error while trying to approve

Irony is, I created the plan in Project Pro and checked into project server, to start with! (it cannot be any rights issue since I am using id with absolute rights

Any help appreciated

Are you using Terminal Services to access Project Pro?

Brian and KSatNJ:

I have a similar issue (using Project Server 2002) where we receive no response at all (not even an error message) when you click on "Update Project Progress". Yes, this is using Terminal Services, Win2000 Server.

I can't find adequate doc to set up TS for Project Server, and our Windows engineers do not have much experience with TS. Any suggestions on where we could look for additional documentation?
