I have a subdatasheet which is used to input and amend data. Some of the
fields are linked to fields in other forms. Everything is working except one
thing. One of my fields produces an error 'cant not assign a value to this
object' only for the first record inputted in the subdatasheet, but when I
click ok, it allows me to entire a value and for all further records it works
too. when I exit the form, it does save all the records.
Obviously since it does record the values, there isnt really a problem but I
would prefer that this warning does not pop up. The field for data entry is
linked to the a field with the same name and properties in a different table
for lookup purposes. Is this the reason why?
