Can't attach a ZIP file

Hi all,

I am trying to attach a zip file I created to an e-mail.
It won't let me. When I try to attach it, the screen just
sits there. It doesn't freeze, just sits there! I can
attach any other file. Anyone know why? I am using
Outlook 2002. Also, I have noticed that Outlook sometimes
blocks attached files. Sometimes, they are html files,
sometimes, they are exe's, etc... I do not want Outlook
to block anything. How can I change that? Thanks a
million!
