Can't be start in the shortcut bar icon

When I click the icon of winword in shortcut bar, a
message of the "microsoft winword.lnk' can't be found on
the defined location. But I try to click this icon on
desktop, it works fine. I have no idea about that. I just
want to click the icon in shortcut bar to start the
application. Anybody can help me to solve this problem.

Delete the one on the Bar and drag the one on the desktop over to make
another copy.
