can't block sender

i'm trying to get rid of some junk e-mail by blocking the
senders, but on my recently installed outlook 2000, in
the junk mail folder, the only option is to highlight
them in another color. any help would be appreciated.

Tools/Organize/Rules Wizard , create a rule.
However you may well find that you may wish to use a third party spam tool
also

www.mailwasher.net this app allows you to check mail on the server,
prior to OL, and delete it
www.know-spam.com this intergrates with yr existing accounts to intercept
spam, can cause slow downloads.
www.cloudmark.com an addon to OL, automatically diverts spam to Deleted
box

In my opinion, it seems like you shouldn't need 3 programs to stop
spam. I use Message Authority. It learns what kinds of e-mails you
want and which you don't. After a few days of teaching it, I haven't
had to touch it and I haven't got any spam. Check it out:
