"can't build data connection" error

Hi

I'm trying to publish my website using FrontPage but am getting the
following error:

425 Can't build data connection. Connection timed out.

Any suggestions on what could be going on? I have no problems connecting to
the ftp server using for instance WS_FTP, but as far as I understand I need
to use the publishing feature in FrontPage to make sure the FrontPage Web
works properly once published.
