Can't change Current Period in any of the PWA views

Hello!
One strange problem has appeared when using Project Web Access (PWA).
I can't change the Current Period when viewing tasks, assignments etc. The
current date is always displayed and it is not possible to change it. Nothing
happens when pressing the right or left arrows and only the current date is
displayed in a grid. I am unable to see any of the other days.
What could be the reason why it doesn't work?
I thought that there is something with ActiveX to do, but reinstalling it
doesn't help.

I also can't set Date Range (can't select dates) in [View Options]
