Can't change project ownership in PWA

Hello --
I set up some of the ongoing support projects on our system, then
transfer ownership and task management to the actual project manager.

I have one project manager that intermittantly seems unable to assume
ownership. This happened a couple of times last year, and is now
happening with a couple of her projects this year.

My thought is that her profile is somehow a little different from the
others, although they were all created using the same method.

Has anyone else seen this? Any idea how to clean it up?

Hi Rebecca,

Where is this a problem? When you are setting ownership in PWA or when they
are taking ownership of tasks in MS Project?

Double-check the account in PWA to make sure no special settings have been
selected in the "Categories" and "Global Permissions". Also, make sure she
is part of the same group as everyone else.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for your response! I am seeing this in PWA, in Project Center,
when I try to Edit Project Information.

I looked over this individual's information and compared it to the
other PM's. Doesn't appear different.

Any thoughts?

Hi Rebecca,

Try manually selected the "Save Projects" option in the "Global Permissions"
for this user and see if this fixes the problem.
