Can't Checkin EntGlobal or Project

Somehow I managed to open and close the Enterprise Global
file and an individual project without checking them back
in.

When I log-in as Administrator via Web Access and go to
Admin | Manage enterprise features | Check in enterprise
projects, there are no Projects listed to be checked in.

How can I check-in the project and the Enterpsrise Global
file so that I can make edits to them again.
