I have a primary Hotmail account configured in Outlook 2003. Today, I created
two new MSN accounts and added them to Outlook. I have Inboxes for the two
new accounts, but when I start a new message, only one of the secondary
accounts (the first one I created) appears in the list with my primary
account.
I have tried deleting the account from Outlook and re-adding it,
closing/restarting Outlook, restarting my computer -- all alone and in
various combinations with each other. I have been to Microsoft's web site and
installed all of the recommended updates.
My partner has four HTTP accounts and runs the same version of Outlook on
his computer, and his account list in a new message shows all of his email
accounts. He even added the account I can't get to show to Outlook on his
computer, and it appeared in the account list for a new message.
I am very frustrated! What gives?
