Can't choose printer

One computer in our network has a problem. It has 3
printers intalled but Excel do not shows them to user in
print dialog. Default printer works, but its description
is empty. In another applications all printers are
displayed and work.
This computer runs Excel 2002 under Win98.

I recall a problem with xl2k (not xl2002) that described the same problem.

The solution was to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it.

It may be worth a try for you.
