Can't click on links in outlook 6

I'm on IE8 and XP and I use MSN and Live as my search. But I noticed that
right after I deleted Opera off my computer is when the problem started. I
know a little about computers but if anyone can help me , please keep it
simple as possible lol. And does it always say Install Silverlight here even
if you have it downloaded already?

There's no such thing as "Outlook 6". You must be referring to Outlook
Express V6, which has nothing to do with Outlook, despite the similar word in
the name. As in an Outlook Express newsgroup like
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
