Hello,
I am having a problem with 2 machines in my office that can't seem t
compose message in HTML format when using Outlook 2002. What happen
is when they click to create a new message, it appears on their scree
in HTML, but when they send it, it arrives at everyone else'
machines's in the office in rich text (no color or font changes). The
can reply to and forward message in HTML and they reach thei
deatination in HTML, so it is only composing new e-amils. I have trie
to duplicate every option (In Mail Format, HTML is the option selecte
for coposing messages and MS-WORD in the default mail editior on AL
machines in the office. There is 1 slight difference with these tw
machines that I have pin-pointed...but it shouldn't make a difference.
Every machine in the office EXCEPT these 2 were set up from scratc
with creating a new PST file, and the 2 that I am having a problem wit
were setup by importing all of their old mail and addresses fro
Outlook Express. I know that I pretty much found the problem, becaus
it is the only common denominator for these machines, but I didn'
think it should make a difference. If anyone can help me out, it woul
be greatly appreciated. Thanks
