Can't compress weekends in Outlook 2007 calendar, Month view.

In the Month view of Outlook 2007 Calendar, how do I display the weekend days
in the compressed format so that they are shown smaller than the weekdays?
All of the previous versions of Outlook seemed to have this feature enabled
by default but, I can't find this option anywhere in v. 2007.

That view no longer exists in Outlook 2007. Sorry.

Why not? This was a useful option for work-based email accounts. I would
rather have the screen real estate for my weekday meetings than empty weekend
boxes.

I have no idea why not. I don't work for Microsoft. You can always post a
"suggestion for microsoft" to ask for that functionality back...go to the
Office portal for these community newsgroups
(http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx), navigate to
the Outlook General group, select "suggestion for Microsoft" in the New
message options, and write what you want to say. When the message is posted,
there will be a disclaimer at the bottom saying that it is a suggestion.
Others will have a chance to vote on it, too.

MS removed that feature from Outlook 2007. However, my free More Productive
Tools for Outlook add-in solves this problem (along with providing a bunch
of other features). It includes an Outlook-compatible Calendar window; if
you go into Options on the menu for that window, there is a "Compress
Weekend Days" checkbox which will turn
this feature on/off.

You can download the add-in from www.moreproductivenow.com.
