can't connect to exchange 4.0 server

Dear all,

when I click 'check' button for account authentication,
it display following message:

'the connection to the microsoft exchange server is
unavailable. outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action'

actually, our exchange server 4.0 just for internal
office use... working on NT4.0 OS
other staffs using outlook 2000... it is working fine....

except outlook 2003, it can't check my account name
correctly... so I couldn't login into the exchange server.
