Can't connect to PWA

Laura,
For the first you run PWA on a new XP PC it pays to
have local admin rights to the machine. I am not sure
which bit of the admin rights you really need but this
will solve the problem that was occurring after you
accepted the EULA. Removing local admin rights shouldn't
stop the PWA from working properly once this has been done.
