can't contact LDAP directory server (81)

lorie

After upgrading to Office 2003, I've been receiving a prompt for connection
details for an LDAP server whenever I start Outlook, which I don't have to my
knowledge. When I accept the default fields to get passed the dialog box I
have access to send and receive email. However, I can't use my Contacts. I
get a message "Can't contact LDAP directory server (81)" whenever I try to
access Contacts from a new mail message. Any ideas? (I have tried
uninstalling all versions of office and reinstalling 2003.)

Thanks
