Can't Convert to MDE

I'm trying to convert my MDB frontend to an MDE but
Access is refusing. It keeps coming up with the message:

"Microsoft Access was unable to create an MDE database."

I'm doing this through the Database Utilities menu. Is
there something I'm over-looking?

Compile the mdb and see if you have any errors.
Open any module and compile all modules.
