Can't copy Autotext to new template

I've copied my autotext entries using organiser from normal to a new template
called anita which is stored on a network drive.

When users create a new document based on the template on the network the
autotext entries that I copied from my normal template aren't there.

Why is this?

Its not there because you didn't put it in the template being used or in a

customizations including AutoText, AutoCorrect, keyboard assignments,
toolbars, macros, etc.
