I am using Outlook 2000 and when I select an email
address, say in a word document instead of opening up a
new mail message I get a "Can't create Item" message in
Outlook. I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled but
this doesn't seem to have cured the the probelm. Any help
would be gratefully received.
