Can't create public folder

Help,

We're running a small NT 4.0 network with exchange
server. One of you new Dell XP workstation running
Office 2000 does not allow me to create a public folder.

Doublecheck the permissions on that folder. Are you able to do it with the
same useraccount on a different PC with Office 2000 as well?
