can't create signature

My Tools-Options-Mail Format-Signatures button doesn't work. I click it and
nothing happens. Same thing with Stationery and Fonts button. So I can't
create a personal signature or customize my email fonts. Have tried to
research but nothing seems to resolve it. Any help?

I got same problem.Repairing it did not help.Any one have any ideas on this please?
